On the 17th January 2015 I decided I wanted to loose weight and get fit. Nearly a year on I have lost 20kg and taken up running and recently begun going to the gym. But more importantly I am so much happier and confident now than I have ever been.
I used to think that loosing weight was impossible and that I would never manage but I did and this blog is to help you achieve your dreams as well.
